| For a stock to enter the buy or sell list numerous conditions have to exist. A stock will remain on the list as long as these conditions continue to exist. Once one of the conditions is no longer met the stock will be withdrawn. A calculation will be made to calculate the accuracy of the trades. |

| The default target is set at $0.37. Each user may configure his/her own target. Performance calculations determine the difference between the original price and maximum profit since entry into the list. Yes indicates target has been reached. A blank field indicates that the target has not been reached thus far. |

| The Stock Symbol of each security. |
| The current price of each security as provided by our data vendor |
| Once a buy enters the list the original price becomes the closing price of the previous session or the opening price of the next date?s session, whichever is lower. In other words you will purchase at the lower price. The value is adjusted after the close of the next following trading date. Once a sell enters the list the original price becomes the closing price of the previous session or the opening price of the next date?s session whichever is greater. In other words you will short at the higher price. The value is adjusted after the close of the next following trading date. |
| Based on the target selected. In the case of the default value($0.37), a running total will reflect the percentage accuracy thus far for the list. In other words, how many of the buys and sells have reached target thus far. |
| The difference between the original price and the highest gain reached since entry. |
| The security failed to reach the desired target and has been withdrawn from buy or sell list. The difference between the original price and the closing price on the withdrawal date. |
